Amendment/Cancellation
- Free amendment and cancellation with full refund at least 7 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the total room charge will be non-refundable.

- For booking cancellation due to external factors such as flight cancellation, COE denial or positive COVID-19 test result, evidence and supporting documents must be presented to the hotel prior to the arrival date in order to claim a refund.
